The following movie in the series will debut on July 19, 2024.

On July 19, 2024, Transformers: High Moon will be screened in theaters.

It is not yet known who will be the film’s stars, but eOne and Paramount Animation are producing it.

Josh Cooley from Toy Story 4 is in charge of directing the animated prequel movie. Screenwriting duo Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari, well known for their work on Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man series, wrote the script.

As Cooley won the Best Animated Feature Academy Award in 2020 for Toy Story 4, the movie seems to be in capable hands. For Inside Out in 2015, he was also a nominee for the Oscar for Best Original Screenplay.

The science fiction action movie Transformers: The Movie, the final animated adaptation of the Transformers television series, was produced in 1986. Nelson Shin, who also produced the television series, co-produced the film and served as its director.

In the animated film Transformers: The Movie, the Autobots battle the Decepticons and their brand-new leader, Galvatron, who was built by the nefarious planet-eating Transformer Unicron. Several well-known performers, including Judd Nelson, Leonard Nimoy, and Orson Welles in his final role, provide their voices to the film.

Despite not being a commercial hit when it was first released, the film has since developed a cult following and is regarded by many admirers as a classic of 1980s animation.

There are six films in the live-action Transformers film series, all of which were helmed by Michael Bay.

The Autobots and Decepticons were initially introduced to a new generation of fans in the 2007 film Transformers. Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, Transformers: Age of Extinction, and Transformers: The Last Knight were released in the years that followed.

A spin-off, titled Bumblebee, was published in 2018. Around $4 billion has been made by the series worldwide.
